It was by far the best weather we have had in the five years that I've been going, so fans have to be happy with that. The crowd was huge and the parties were happening around the campfires late into the night. In other words, a perfect race experience!
There was a lot of other action on the track all weekend, including the Michelin Pilot Challenge and the Ferrari Challenge that was, for the first time in North America run under the lights. And one of the favorite activities included the Heritage Exhibition Laps. I'll include a few of those pictures here and reserve coverage of the Michelin Pilot Challenge and the Ferrari Challenge for my next post.
So here we go with the pictures and in 90 seconds I can officially post the winners- and congratulations to the winners. White flag, checkered flag, congratulations everyone!
